I love their korean soups here! I have also gotten other cooked foods such as kimchi fried rice, bibimbap, etc but it was just okay. I would say they were decent but nothing spectacular but their soups are very flavorful. I typically get the kimchi and pork tofu soup and it has become one of my go-to spots. They also sell kimbap here as well. Overall, they have a wide variety and the prices are very reasonable. The portion size is also pretty big so that's a plus! Inside is very small so I wouldn't recommend this spot for sit-down. It's more like a take out spot.

Got a couple of things to go for 4 men. All of this was $94, paid by cash: - 4 rolls of 김밥: kimchi bulgogi was the best and would get again, then spicy tuna, spicy octopus, and mushroom. The last 3 were still decent but I've had better. - 순대: I saw this being microwaved so wasn't sure how it would be, but this was good too and I'd get again. They only give salt and not Salted shrimp paste, just a FYI - 족발: good as well and I'd get again here - 튀김: this was the only thing I wouldn't get again. We got a mix, but the batter was too thick and tough. If you still crave it, the sweet potato and roll are better than the squid. The squid itself is good but too much batter around it. We got 2 portions and these are huge so 1 would have been plenty. They gave us soups as well - asked us how many I needed - and their kimchi was good too. Everything had really good portions here. The 4 of us would have been good without the fried items. I'd come back here especially to try the other 김밥 and 순대.

Haven't been here in years cuz of the negative experience my friend had last time. I remember their Bbq squid kimbap was amazing so I went again. It's so spicy, but so good. If you can't handle seriously spicy food, I suggest Kimganae next door.

ordered a cheese tteokbokki, ice noodle, and chungmoo roll, all for only $41 including tip & tax. and if you pay in cash it's tax free! The portions are extremely generous and the flavor is unmatched. The tteokbokki is VERY cheesy to come prepared. Not sure what the kimchi came with but we got it on the side for free. Very hole in the wall down to earth place. Seemed like lots of locals came in and out to get takeout on a casual saturday afternoon. Not much dining space but also not crowded.

This is a hole in a wall Korean restaurant that serves staple Korean dishes. One of their main cook is an elderly ahjumma who, even with limited English, is eager to help serve customers. Their bibimbap is BIG. Even with a big appetite, I still cannot finish it. The kimbaps are big and filled generously with meat/veggies than rice. The fried squid coating can be addicting (coating is much bigger than the squid inside). There is a small space for dining in, it's not good for big groups. It's best to order take out and dine at home.

They accept card! I avoided coming here for that very reason, but when we finally took the opportunity one day, we were in for some of the best Korean food in the area. The grandma taking our order made the experience extra heartwarming. We came here a second time, and the worker, who I would think is the son, was just as kind. I'm so glad I got to try their Donkatsu Roll ($10). Fried pork cutlets wrapped in rice and seaweed belong together harmoniously, despite my initial skeptical thought of crispy breaded batter against soft rice. I wasn't expecting the Omelette Rice ($15) to taste so good, but the egg was the perfect consistency, adding an extra creaminess to the fried rice. This would be my go-to whenever I crave Korean food in Flushing.

I got tuna kimbap and I will go back, felt like I was at home Delicious and so cozy... I want to just sit there and enjoy grandma company She also let us try her fried fish and then we went back to get a bag of it!!!! Sweet energy and I can't wait to try the other amazing looking food

The food is average. A homey mom and pop shop with nice and warm outdoor seating. They always check up on you throughout the meal and was attentive.

Food was gas. Server/staff were nice. It wasn't that crowded despite being lunch time, so it was nice and quiet. They wouldn't let us sit outside, which is not a big deal but kind of defeats the purpose of having a nice outdoor seating area.

My go-to Korean food spot in flushing NY. The food is affordable, large portioned, and delicious. The food is also always prepared quickly, within 15-20 minutes I place the call. The staff is kind and quick to take care of everything. I always get a dupbap which is a meat over rice with a salad, their spicy tteokbeoki, and a kimbap. All their dupbaps also comes with some kimchi and a miso soup. My favorite is their spicy pork dupbap and their spicy squid kimbap. They have outdoor seating and like 6 spots indoor, but it's a small family owned place and I usually just order to-go. Tl;dr - affordable, large portion, delicious, outdoor seating, small shop
